HI, I’M JOANA

I create vibrant and intuitive, natural abstracts that reconnect you with the poetry and vibrance of nature. 

I have lived and travelled around the world and recently returned to live where I grew up, the wild Atlantic coast around Lisbon, Portugal. 

I confess that I’m a romantic at heart: my work echoes the beauty and poetry that are at the essence of our experience of the nature. I want to tell the story of our most precious moments through rhythm and shape, colour and line. 

I hope that my work speaks to you of the vitality of nature and the places you love the most.
